Chairman
Tom Donaldson
Tom is the Chairman of Enzo Group Inc. and a Managing Partner and Founder of Blystone & Donaldson, Enzo's sponsor.
Before establishing Blystone & Donaldson, Tom was with Investors Management Corporation (IMC) and its predecessor, Morehead Capital Management, where he specialized in executing transactions, managing investment risk, and overseeing portfolio business operations. Prior to that, he was a partner at McGuireWoods, representing investment funds and their portfolio companies. His extensive experience spans structuring, financing, and operating both public and private companies across various industries.
In addition to his role as Chairman of Enzo, Tom serves as a director on the corporate boards of Alliance Entertainment Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: AENT), Legion Brewing Holdings, LLC, The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, LLC, and Group 6 Holdings, Inc. He has also previously held board positions with Arcadia Beverage, LLC, Fleet Feet, Inc., IDOC, LLC, and Chop’t Creative Salad Co., among others.
Tom earned his MBA and law degrees from Villanova University and holds an undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.
CEO
Nate Edgerly
Nate is the Chief Executive Officer of Enzo Group. Before partnering with Blystone & Donaldson in the formation of Enzo, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Investors Management Corporation (IMC), where he led company development and M&A activities.
In addition to his role at IMC, Nate held various executive leadership positions within its portfolio of partner companies. Prior to IMC, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Morehead Capital, a middle-market private equity firm.
Nate began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Charlotte, NC, where he provided strategic tax and M&A advisory services to many of the region’s leading middle-market businesses and investment firms. He has also served on the boards of Arcadia Beverage Company, Fleet Feet Sports, Prometheus Group, Chop’t Creative Salad Company, and IDOC, among others.
Nate holds an MBA from Duke University and earned both his Master of Accounting and undergraduate degrees from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a licensed CPA in North Carolina.
CFO
Adam Daland
Adam Daland has served as Chief Financial Officer of Enzo since July 2024. Before joining Enzo, he was Vice President of Finance at Investors Management Corporation, where he managed audits across all consolidated entities, led enhancements to financial reporting, oversaw M&A transactions, and directed treasury functions.
Prior to his role at IMC, Adam was a Partner at Morehead Capital Management, LLC, where he led the analyst pool, managed their training, and was responsible for all financial modeling activities.
Adam holds a Master of Accounting degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a licensed CPA. He also earned his undergraduate degree in Linguistics from UNC-Chapel Hill.
